Job summary

Assured Automotive in Toronto seeks a proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our team. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience while handling administrative tasks and supporting our collision repair operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 1 year in customer service, and excellent communication skills. You will greet customers, coordinate rentals and towing, manage updates with insurers, and help keep AR clean.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone with positive energy.
• Manage confirmation and reservation of rental vehicles and towing requests.
• Communicate updates with customers and insurance claims personnel.
• Arrange towing and cost against the Repair Order when required.
• Ensure all assignments are followed up and appointments confirmed with customers.
• Reconcile each Repair Order prior to closing.
