Job summary

Assured Automotive is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and by email. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance partners while supporting the repair facility team.

The role requires effective communication, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. On-site position with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred, ideally in automotive industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.

• Record all customer or insurance communications during the repair process; manage car rental info.
