Job summary

Alsco Inc. is hiring a Customer Route Sales Specialist to build relationships on the road and drive customer success. You will manage your own route, deliver products, upsell, and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

You’ll operate a company vehicle, handle payments and paperwork, and participate in promotions and training to sharpen your sales skills. This is a safety‑sensitive role requiring a driver’s license and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of safe driving experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Team player who can follow direction and meet performance goals.
• Ability to recognize product types, sizes, and colors, and handle basic math accurately.
• Safety-sensitive role; drug and alcohol testing is required.
