Job Description

As an industry leader in environmental handling and treatment services, Natural Purity is looking for Customer Representatives to join our team. The Customer Representative is responsible for managing the brand and market presence of a well-established environmental solutions company, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and generating new market opportunities through lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct in-home environmental solutions testing and assist homeowners in diagnosing potential issues.
2. Perform effective in-home presentations to demonstrate, educate, and assist customers in making informed decisions regarding water treatment solutions.
3. Inspect installation sites and calculate costs for equipment installation.
4. Maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
5. Engage with prospects, respond to sales referrals, and schedule appointments based on customer needs.
6. Communicate weekly work schedules and lead status to the National Sales Manager.
7. Deliver informative and engaging product presentations, promote special offers, and address customer objections.
8. Process orders, handle payments, and coordinate product installations.
9. Follow up with customers post-sale, schedule visits, and work to generate referrals and appreciation gifts.
10. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, reflecting the company's standards.
11. Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
