Job description

As an industry leader in environmental handling and treatment services, Natural Purity is looking for Customer Representatives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-home environmental solutions testing and assist homeowners in diagnosing potential issues.
2. Perform effective in-home presentations to demonstrate, educate, overcome objections, and help customers make informed decisions. Present and recommend whole home solutions for issues like chlorine, hard water build-up, and other water problems.
3. Inspect installation sites and calculate costs.
4. Maintain relationships with customers.
5. Engage with prospects, respond to referrals, gather information, prioritize needs, and set appointments.
6. Communicate weekly work schedules and lead status to the National Sales Manager.
7. Deliver engaging presentations, offer promotions, overcome objections, and assist customers in decision-making.
8. Process orders, collect payments, and coordinate product installation.
9. Participate in post-sale follow-up, schedule customer visits, and generate referral business.
10. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
11. Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

• All appointments are prearranged, with no quotas or sales pressure.
