FedEx Group is seeking customer service representatives for their Windsor location. In this role, you will assist customers, manage administrative tasks, and have the potential to promote sales. This is an interview position.
To provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface. To perform administrative duties necessary for efficient operations. Promotes continued sales and generates potential incremental revenue wherever possible.
Preferred Qualifications: Shift: Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week, approximately 1600-2000 hours.
