Job description

This is an interview position.

Responsibilities include providing accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface, performing administrative duties for efficient operations, and promoting sales to generate potential revenue.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma preferred.
  • Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations preferred.
  • Knowledge of FedEx Express and Ground products and services preferred.
  • Ability to complete all basic and recurrency training successfully.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
  • Ability to meet minimum thresholds on mandatory testing and training.
  • Proficiency in operating in a PC Windows environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle stress and work in a highly pressured, monitored, and changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Transparency and additional details: Base pay is $21.58, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM - 8:00 PM. Job posting ends on 06/24/2025.
