  • 3-5 years of combined Sales and Customer Service experience in aerospace (preferred).
  • French language proficiency required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, Marketing or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

  • Lead supply chain programs including inventory analysis, demand planning, import/export operations, SOP, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Negotiate with external partners to secure favorable terms and reduce inventory costs.
  • Monitor program health and identify risks to supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Purchasing to ensure data flow for purchase orders and delivery requirements.
  • Scale and maintain memberships in strategic programs to ensure long-term financial viability.
  • Work with business unit leaders to introduce new delivery services or enhance capabilities.
  • Manage large-scale program initiatives to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Utilize ERP and SCM software for planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Account management: maintain strong client relations for complex contracts.
  • Issue resolution: conduct root cause analysis and solve delivery/inventory issues.
  • Cross-functional coordination with internal teams (sales, supply chain, warehouse).
  • Contract administration: ensure adherence to SLAs and policies.

We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Customer Program Specialist.

The Customer Program Specialist is accountable for facilitating and building strong customer relationships (with intermediate to complex customer accounts/contracts) through continuously providing high-quality service and support. The Customer Program Specialist will maintain an advanced working knowledge of customer operations and sales policies, internal practices and contract administration work. In this role, the specialist will leverage internal working partnerships to investigate and reconcile customer issues, perform account administration (bin maintenance, managing backorders, RMA's, prioritization and order release, etc.), and ensure overall customer expectations are met.

About Role
Core Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage supply chain programs such as inventory analysis, demand planning, import/export operations, operations planning (SOP), and contract lifecycle management
  • Drive negotiations with external partners and suppliers to secure favorable terms, improve lead times, and reduce inventory costs.
  • Monitor program health (e.g., parts pipeline health) and identify risks to supply chain performance
  • Collaborate with Sales and Purchasing teams to ensure accurate data flow for purchase order placement and delivery requirements.
  • Scale and maintain membership in strategic programs (e.g., Prime, Delivery Experience) to ensure long-term financial viability.
  • Work with business unit leaders to introduce new delivery services or enhance existing capabilities
  • Manage large-scale program initiatives to meet time, cost, and quality targets
  • Utilize ERP and supply chain management software for planning, execution, and reporting
  • Account Management: Maintain strong client relations for complex contracts.
  • Issue Resolution: Conduct root cause analysis and solve delivery or inventory issues.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams.
  • Contract Administration: Ensure adherence to service level agreements and sales policies.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Experience with MS SQL Server and database management
  • Knowledge of aerospace, logistics, warehouse operations, and supplier management
  • Ability to work across multiple functions (procurement, operations, logistics, finance) in a cross-functional team environment
About You
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • French is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business accounting/finance, Marketing, Supply Chain preferred; and/or a combination of educational background with relevant work experience
  • 3-5 years of combined Sales and Customer Service experience required (within the aerospace industry, is preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity
