• Pitting, picking, packing, and shipping customized orders.
• Document all activities accurately and follow written specifications.
• Perform data entry and maintain quality standards.
• Identify variances, conduct root‑cause analysis, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure customer order requirements are met on time.

Qualifications

• National Vocational Level (NVQ) or equivalent (EU) education.
• Minimum 2‑4 years of business or IT experience.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and solve problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or relevant field preferred.
