Job summary

Qualcomm Canada ULC is seeking a Technical Program Analyst to plan SoC semiconductor product engineering activities, track programs’ execution and KPIs, and improve management workflows. The role focuses on cross-functional coordination across Front-end, Back-end, Operations, Product, and Test Eng teams.

You will own project schedules, drive milestones and risk mitigation, and refine the Work Breakdown Structure to ensure efficient delivery and high quality results.

Qualifications

• Experience in SoC development life cycle – Pre-Silicon to Post-Silicon / NPI to RTP.
• Experience in engineering role as part of SoC/ASIC development team.
• Schedule development, tracking, and reporting with industry standard tools.
• PMP certification is an asset.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning SoC semiconductor products engineering activities as well as track programs’ execution and Key-Performance-Indicator. You will be also responsible for improving and developing program management workflows to increase our programs’ efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant work experience.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$81,400.00 - $122,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
