  • Promote program vision and objectives within the team, ensure program objectives are met or exceeded, present vision to management, and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Own project schedule and track overall execution of baseline software development, ensuring milestones align with program commitments and customer expectations.
  • Develop and manage the execution of the program Plan of Record (e.g. on time, on budget, within scope) for multiple software programs which include schedule and resource forecasting, stakeholder identification, method and frequency of communication, scope, and prioritization.
  • Drive teams to identify program issues/risks and create a risk mitigation plan for multiple medium-sized or single complex program(s). Maintain and update the risk tracker.
  • Establish key program success metrics and manage action plans to ensure program success when metrics deviate from Plan of Record.
  • Define and drive process frameworks across teams for efficient and consistent execution and quality deliverables.
  • Communicate clearly with executives, engineers, and stakeholders, balancing transparency with thoughtful trade-off discussions.
  • Co-manage multi-year software roadmaps and coordinate across silicon, firmware, software, and emulation teams.
