Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd in St-Augustin Construction and Forestry is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to promote parts and services and deliver after-sales support to customers. The CSA will prospect new accounts, maintain ongoing client relationships, and coordinate with parts, service, and sales teams to resolve issues, drive loyalty, and grow revenue in a fast-paced environment.

You will travel locally when needed, maintain accurate records, and participate in training to stay current on

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience in the industry.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel within territory.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Journeyman ticket in Parts or heavy equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and cold call new accounts to promote products and incentives, increasing the customer base.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with prospective customers, targeting a minimum of two new prospects monthly.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing communication with existing customers to resolve issues promptly and enhance loyalty through personalized service and product updates.
  • Undertake an average of seven customer visits daily to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Implement and execute an annual territory plan, including updating the customer target list.
  • Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Complete daily call reports with accurate information to track interactions and sales progress.
  • Maintain and utilize customer records for meetings, opportunities, quotes and notes.
  • Utilize call logging tools as directed.
  • Maintain control of company vehicle inventory; ensure price lists and product information are current.
  • Assist parts counter personnel with quotes, orders, deliveries and inventory control.
  • Provide competitive product and pricing information to the Parts Manager.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and communicate resolutions to management.
  • Participate in all required training.
  • Maintain cleanliness and perform scheduled maintenance of the Company vehicle.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Customer Support Advisor (CSA) for our St-Augustin Construction and Forestry location.

The Customer Support Advisor (CSA) is responsible for promoting and selling parts and services, as well as providing after sales support to new and existing customers.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Maintain and utilize customer records, documenting meetings, opportunities, quotes and relevant notes to ensure seamless sales continuity.
  • Utilize call logging tools as directed.
  • Maintain control of company vehicle inventory, ensuring price lists and product information are current and accessible.
  • Assist parts counter personnel with quotes, orders, deliveries, returns and inventory control to support seamless operations.
  • Provide competitive product and pricing information to the Parts Manager to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Follow up on all customer complaints, communicating resolutions to the Branch Manager, Parts Manager, Service Manager, and Sales Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in all required training.
  • Maintain cleanliness and perform scheduled maintenance of the Company vehicle.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Possess a valid Driver’s license and have a clean Driver’s Abstract.
