Job summary

NAIT, a leading post-secondary institution in Edmonton, is seeking a Service Support Assistant for Lockers and Parking Services. You will be the first point of contact for locker rentals and parking inquiries, delivering friendly, professional service to students, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include managing locker reservations, processing payments and refunds, maintaining inventory, assisting with parking permits and access, and helping with audits and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some related experience is required.
• 3 to 5 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a post-secondary institution is an asset.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for locker rentals and parking services.
• Assists staff, students and departments with locker reservations and related tasks.
• Maintains inventory of locks and lockers and related maps and pricing.
• Assists customers with purchases and refunds for locker rentals, parking permits and bike permits.
• Supports processing of visitor parking requests and parking access.
• Troubleshoots minor hardware/software issues and escalates as needed.
• Responds to inquiries with professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
