Responsibilities

• Answer calls and return missed calls promptly and courteously.
• Attend and complete training courses as directed by management.
• Take payments, issue receipts, and close work orders.
• Submit warranty claims and create cases per policy.
• Maintain the service appointment system and assist with clerical tasks.
