Job summary

UNIQLO Canada Inc. in Richmond, BC is hiring full-time Store Associates for UNIQLO Richmond Centre. You will deliver courteous service, help customers find products, and share in-depth knowledge of our brand.

This role requires working more than 32 hours per week, up to 40, including evenings and weekends. We offer competitive hourly pay starting at 19.00 per hour, an employee discount, comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, and clear opportunities for promotion.

Requirements

• Full Time Store Associates must be able to workmore than 32 hoursper week based on business needs, average work week may comprise of up to40 hours per week.
• Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week including evenings and weekends.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision.
• Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company’s brand, products and any current store promotions and/or advertisements.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock when needed.
• Upkeep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers whenever needed.
• Process various payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Other duties as assigned.
