Job summary

Kitchen Hub in Ontario is seeking motivated individuals to join our busy operations team. You will support customers and delivery drivers, partner with restaurant partners, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

The role offers flexible hours with both part-time and full-time opportunities. Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and able to lift up to 20lbs, with strong English communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with a genuine passion for creating the best experiences.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with strong communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Positive, proactive and solution-focused mindset.
• Great attention to detail and organized work habits.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and move with paced mobility during shifts.
• Strong spoken English proficiency.
• Health and Safety and/or Food Handler certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Be part of an engaged, energetic store operations team.
• Contribute to an unbelievable experience for customers and delivery drivers.
• Collaborate with restaurant partners to move orders efficiently from their space to the front of house.
• Ensure complete orders are delivered to the correct customer or driver.
• Assist customers with ordering on kiosks and be a Kitchen Hub expert.
• Resolve order issues quickly and turn every interaction positive.
• Maintain store and dine-in areas, including cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
• Participate in Health & Safety program and uphold safety standards.
• Communicate with partners to meet operational standards.
• Assist with receiving deliveries when required.
• Support management with other duties as needed.
