Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma (College or University) in Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Expertise with Ring Central, computer systems, Google Suites, ERP and CRM.
• Excellent written and oral English communication; welding knowledge is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries (orders, general support, web requests, invoicing and technical) and process orders.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and administration to satisfy customer needs and promote profitability.
• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and propose substitutions when appropriate; support back-office activities.
• Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery; track shipments and resolve issues.
