Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a post-secondary diploma with 1–2 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with BI reporting and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP). This position emphasizes client relationship building and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma with 1–2 years industrial experience.
• Experience with BI reporting is an asset.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle or SAP S4 Hana) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales orders and quotes from receipt to delivery.
• Support sales team with credits, pricing, and new account setup.
• Maintain customer databases, back order reports and records.
• Serve as a point of contact for orders, pricing and product inquiries.
• Assist with cylinder audits and data reporting to identify trends.
