Job summary

Scotiabank is seeking a Customer Experience Lead for the Lawrence & Bathurst area in Toronto, ON (26.25 hours/week). The role manages Customer Experience Associates and supports the branch in delivering exceptional service.

You will act as Officer in Charge as needed and drive improvements in customer experience. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, prior team management experience, and familiarity with digital/self-service banking options.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership skills, able to coach and develop your team.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Previous banking experience is a strong asset.
• Strong technical skills, able to promote and demonstrate digital/self-service banking options.
• Experience managing a team of employees (coaching, leading, scheduling) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your team of Customer Experience Associates and Senior Customer Experience Associates.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Acts as the Officer in Charge (OIC) for the branch as required, managing emergencies and escalations.
• Contribute to the branch's overall success by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with implementation of new policies and procedures.
