Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :

The Digital Commerce Customer Development Manager’s Role is to drive strategies and execute plans that aims to hyperaccelerate our ECommerce growth. The ambition is to continue our strong momentum and relentlessly pursue faster growth ahead of category and secure higher shares from our Official Store.

Responsibilities :

Leverage understanding of retailer unique strengths and advantages, marrying internal business priorities, and propose customised account specific plans that aims to meaningfully elevate the business delivery

Always have over-sufficiency of plans and activities to minimise risk of numbers shortfall

Do tangible, bottoms up roll ups to cross check and give confidence on numbers delivery

It is not done, until you see it done for yourself

Work closely with Internal and External counterparts to manage projects at different complexities and scale in parallel

Propose and implement streamlined workflows and processes that aims to drive greater efficiency without compromising on effectiveness

Strike a balance between Quality and Speed, being able to practise thoughtful discretion on Progress over Perfection

Detail-Oriented in ensuring all grounds are covered, cohesive and delivering the most frictionless consumer journey

Customer & Distributor Engagement and Management

Build trust and confidence with counterparts, co-push each other to greater heights

Celebrate success and wins together but also able to have open, difficult conversations when needed to problem solve together

Insights & Analytics

Be data driven in all that we do

Expert of all data points on seller center and proficient in reading interactions and connecting dots to form insights from various data points

Daily tracking and monitoring of topline data, Weekly report of business updates, 3x yearly business review

Financial Compliance and Prudence

Embed Profitable and ROI mindset in everything that we do

Prompt management of all various financial paperwork from payments to claims (bi-weekly matching)

Monthly review of account specific P&L as full performance

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in any course (Statistics background an advantage)

Minimum 2 years ecommerce experience managing Shopee / Lazada

Functional Competencies such as : Google Suites , Shopee / Lazada Seller Center & Literate in Performance Media Metrics

Preferred Qualifications :

Self-Starter who has high ownership and is able to work independently

Impeccable project organisation and management skills

Proactive problem-solver

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong analytical thinking and insighting ability

Hungry and eager to learn with an open and growth mindset

Agile and adaptable, thrive in fast paced environments
