U-Haul International, Inc. in Montreal is seeking a Customer Service Technician to join our team. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers with rentals and equipment inside and outside the U-Haul Center.

You will use the U-Scan system to manage rentals and inventory, and you will move and hook up trucks and trailers while keeping equipment clean and safe. The role requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul Center with products & services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals & inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot; check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
