Job summary

Lineage in Canada is seeking a diligent Customer Service Associate to handle order processing, track product availability, and resolve inquiries promptly.

You will invoice and verify accounts, coordinate with warehouse on daily schedules, and maintain documentation while building strong client relationships. Strong communication, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED may be required depending on facility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English may be required
• Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in a timely manner and track product availability
