Qualificações

• 1 to 2 years of customer service and/or business development experience.
• Secondary School diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Self-motivated, high energy, and able to meet deadlines.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule vehicle service and maintenance appointments via inbound/outbound campaigns.
• Explain recommended maintenance to customers and confirm appointments.
• Contact customers to confirm or reschedule upcoming appointments.
• Serve as the initial contact for customer concerns/complaints.
