Ajax Infiniti, part of the Drive Autogroup, is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead the sales experience with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and deep product knowledge. The role emphasizes delivering memorable demonstrations, maintaining vehicle knowledge, and driving referral business.

You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with leadership to build a high-energy, customer-centered team while supporting the company’s growth and a positive work environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in automotive or related industry.
• Ability to operate PC-based software.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have a valid OMVIC license.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer experience on all interactions through strong communication and understanding of customer needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicles, options, and technology.
• Demonstrate new/used vehicles professionally and effectively.
• Follow up with buyers to generate referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Directly report to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Build and maintain cooperative relationships with management and colleagues.
• Bring a positive attitude and high performance every day.

Ajax Infiniti a proud member of the Drive Autogroup, is currently looking for a Portfolio Manager to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate must have the ability to not only anticipate, but exceed customer expectations, while having in-depth knowledge of the product line-up.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on all interactions by exercising excellent communication skills, and understanding customer needs and expectations.
• Maintain solid product knowledge of vehicles, optional packages and latest technology.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Establish and maintain a cooperative and professional relationship with Management and colleagues.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• The ability to operate PC-based software.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have a valid OMVIC license.
