Location/Region: This position is located in Toronto.

What’s the role?

As a Customer Care Agent, you will work with a vital team at Carl Zeiss Vision Canada, showcasing your skills and experience in process enhancement.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Handle a high volume of calls daily, taking orders and providing information on order status and resolving product or service issues, following escalation processes as needed.
  • Answer incoming calls for order updates and processing orders.
  • Utilize the phone system effectively for transfers, parks, and voicemails.
  • Respond professionally to complaints and inquiries.
  • Follow up on customer requests, orders, and issues promptly.
  • Track orders using the DVI computer system.
  • Manage assigned accounts and ensure timely deliveries, notifying customers of delays.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Do you qualify?

  • High School Diploma; some college preferred.
  • One year of call center experience or 3-5 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of optical experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of ZEISS lenses preferred.
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work on a flexible shift from 8:30 am to 8 pm.
