Join us at an exciting time as we launch a new die plant facility in Windsor, Ontario! We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Account Specialist to serve as a key point of contact between our customers and internal teams. In this role, you’ll manage inquiries, resolve issues, and support sales and business development efforts to ensure a positive customer experience.

What You Will Be Doing

Here’s an overview of your responsibilities and how you’ll contribute to our customer relationships:

  • Respond to incoming phone calls and customer service inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information on products, pricing, order status, and lead times
  • Process orders, returns, and adjustments in coordination with production and logistics teams
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues, determining the cause, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Support the sales team by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and preparing quotes or documentation
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or customer service systems as needed
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Embody, demonstrate, and reinforce the #1ANDRITZway core values and behaviors and promote a positive work environment
