Your Role:
As aCustomer Success Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our client relationships—ensuring seamless onboarding, resolving billing issues, and optimizing influencer campaigns. You’ll work closely with theCOO, Account Managers, and Operations Team, using yourmarketing savvy and problem-solving skillsto drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Copywriting & Proofreading– Craft compelling campaign landing pages with flawless precision.
Client Support– Troubleshoot billing, influencer compliance, and campaign queries via email/Zoom.
CRM Management– Maintain strong client relationships using CRM tools.
Process Optimization– Provide feedback to improve platform efficiency and user experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Digital Marketing
Strong copywriting skills(SEO knowledge is a plus!)
Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, and CRM software
Exceptional communication & multitasking abilities
E-commerce or influencer marketing experience preferred
