Summary:

Collins Aerospace is looking to hire Customer Account Manager, who will be reporting to the Sr Supervisor, Customer Service Manager. The Customer Account Manager (CAM) will work in Aftermarket Spares Operations to administer customer spares orders & AOGs. As the CAM you will also be responsible for processing requests for price and delivery, receiving and accepting purchase orders, processing them as sales orders through SAP and follow through to shipment.

This positions is Onsite at Oakville Facility - Ontario

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Verify order information with customers via telephone or email and provide order status information upon request
  • Check customer purchase orders for accuracy against quotation or catalogs; check inventory status and parts availability, process sales orders, and associated transactions on SAP system
  • Print sales orders, pick slips, invoices, and inspection tags
  • Maintain sales order files and archives as required
  • Communicate order confirmation to customers and liaise logistical information as necessary
  • Respond to after-hours emergency requirements (AOGs) on a rotational basis with other CAMs
  • Assist in the administration of price catalogs and configuration control of parts that have undergone engineering changes
  • Coordinate with Planning and Procurement for sourcing of those parts that are not in stock
  • Process returned parts (due to defects, order discrepancies, or warranties ) and ensure their replacement and/or repair as well as managing warranty credits where appropriate
  • Manage account receivables and collection
  • Maintain customer accounts details in SAP
  • Management of government contracts (where applicable)
  • Assist customers with use of the customer portal and e-commerce website to drive adoption.
  • Perform other duties as required

Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of customer support experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Experience in Manufacturing environment.
  • Must be willing and able to support AOG’s on a rotating basis
  • Successful candidate must meet all requirements under ITAR and CCGP and be eligible to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an aerospace/aviation environment.
  • SAP Experience
  • Proven aftermarket experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
