Qualifications

• Three years of custodial or facility management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily custodial operations, ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Develop and adjust staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and events.
• Lead, train, and coach custodial staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets for custodial operations.
• Prepare and maintain schedules, inspections, and daily reports; ensure health, safety and PPE compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments and vendors for custodial support and services.
