Job summary

The Salvation Army Canada is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to lead the custodial team and ensure a clean, safe, well-maintained facility. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and uphold organizational standards.

You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, conduct inspections, manage supplies, and ensure health, safety, and PPE guidelines are followed across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising custodial staff or facilities teams.
• Strong communication and coordination with multiple departments.
• Knowledge of health, safety and PPE guidelines and audits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily custodial operations to keep facilities safe and clean.
• Develop staff schedules and coverage for all shifts and events.
• Train, coach, and evaluate custodial staff performance.
