Job summary

Yorkville University and Toronto Film School are seeking a Curriculum Design Specialist to lead the development and renewal of academic programs across face-to-face, online, and blended formats. The role supports program-level curriculum mapping, ensures quality and accessibility, and coordinates with faculty and subject matter experts on multiple credential types.

The position is full-time, hybrid, and 12 months, with required in-office presence at Fredericton or Toronto campuses as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in curriculum design or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in post-secondary education is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty to translate program goals into curricula.
• Develop innovative instructional strategies and resources for curricula.
• Evaluate curricular needs, align with outcomes, and ensure accessibility and compliance.
• Continuously improve curricula by leveraging research, feedback, and data trends.
• Communicate progress, manage risks, and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout projects.
