Job summary

University of Ottawa is hiring two Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor (CUPE) for the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the Main Campus. The positions run from January 11, 2027, to April 30, 2027, with in-person delivery and a 2-hour weekly schedule in dedicated courses.

Undergraduate students receive the lower hourly rate and graduate students the higher rate; exact numbers will be confirmed at offer. Hourly pay does not include vacation or statutory pay.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French for student-facing roles.
• Experience as teaching assistant, demonstrator, or grader is beneficial.

Responsibilities
