City of Delta is seeking a dynamic Visual Arts Instructor to lead and teach recreational visual arts programs for all ages. The Leader will develop engaging classes in drawing, painting, textiles, and more, with sessions typically running weekday mornings, after school, evenings and weekends.
Candidate should have a background in visual arts education and strong teaching experience across age groups, plus excellent customer service and classroom management.

The City of Delta is looking for dynamic, creative, and energetic Visual Arts Instructors to teach our recreational visual arts programs for all ages and abilities. The Leader will develop and implement quality, instructional, and engaging classes in drawing, painting, mixed media, anime, textiles, clay, collage, and/or photography. Other visual arts mediums will be considered. Programs run on a weekly basis during weekday mornings, weekday after school /evenings and weekends.
The City of Delta provides a competitive salary of $31.00 per hour + 12% in lieu of vacation, public holidays and benefits. Competition number 26-174 EX due by August 31, 2026.
