City of Delta is seeking a Cultural Services Programmer to help plan and implement arts and cultural programs within the Cultural Services division at North Delta Centre for the Arts. The role involves supervising staff, liaising with internal and external contacts, promoting participation, researching and developing trending arts programming, and assisting in budget monitoring.

The City of Delta is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Cultural Services Programmer to assist with the planning and implementation of arts and cultural programs within the Cultural Services division at North Delta Centre for the Arts. The work involves supervising program staff; establishing and maintaining liaison with a variety of internal and external contacts; promoting and publicizing interest and participation in program activities; researching, developing, implementing and purchasing for/of trending arts programming; and assisting in the monitoring of program budgets. Staff are expected to exercise some independence of judgement and action within the limits of established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
