Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a motivated Team Member in Canada to deliver a memorable guest experience. You will train as a personal chef and butcher, mastering product knowledge to guide customer choices and cooking tips.

Role includes inventory control, online order handling, and a friendly checkout experience. Requires able to lift up to 50 lb and work in a cold environment; full-time hours with seasonal peaks expected.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED preferred not required.
• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to listen and respond to customers effectively.
• Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a shared vision.
• Demonstrate ownership, urgency, and reliability in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador and educate customers about Wild Fork products.
• Develop product and culinary knowledge to suggest recipes and cooking tips.
• Provide a personalized, butcher-friendly shopping experience.
• Assist customers at checkout and ensure a memorable checkout experience.
• Perform stocking, price updates, and inventory tasks including monthly counts.
