Join our team as a Culinary Manager!
Under the direction of the General Manager, the Culinary Manager is responsible and accountable for managing all aspects of the food service within the Home and meeting the nutritional needs of the residents.
Key duties include staff oversight (selection, evaluation, termination), budget management, hands‑on cooking, and ensuring food quality and safety standards. Additional responsibilities include menu planning, recipe development, managing food production and timely meal service, interpreting and implementing resident diets based on a Registered Dietitian's instructions, and conducting full nutritional assessments upon admission and re‑evaluating them as needed.
