Interior Health Authority is seeking an experienced Computed Tomography/Interventional Radiation Technologist to join the Medical Imaging department at Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, BC. The role involves performing CT and interventional procedures under a Radiologist and assisting with data entry into RIS/PACS.

About The Job

Reporting to the Professional Practice Leader, and under the direction of a Radiologist, performs special procedures such as computer tomography (CT), and/or interventional, as designated. Assists the Radiologists during procedure, inputs patient specific data into the Radiology Information System (RIS) PACS and provides direction regarding procedures to student technologists and staff trainees.

This is a Casual opportunity.

Casual Employees are not guaranteed hours of work and can range from 0-37.5 hours per week on an as-needed basis.
