Job summary

Interior Health is seeking an experienced X-ray Technologist to join the Medical Imaging team at Penticton Regional Hospital in Penticton, BC. You will perform radiographic exams across ICU, ED, OR and satellite sites, delivering patient-centered imaging services in a fast-paced environment.

This relief part-time role (0.73 FTE) requires a radiography credential and CAMRT certification, with rotating day and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program.
• Current CAMRT certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray exams in ICU, ED, OR, and satellite sites.
• Work with outpatients at Penticton Regional Hospital and satellite sites.
• Contribute to a fast-paced imaging department.

About the Job

Our MRTs perform X-ray exams in a multi-disciplinary setting to clients within a variety of inpatient settings, including, but not limited to: ICU, ED, OR and PAR. This position includes work with outpatients at PRH and at smaller satellite sites in the South Okanagan.

This is a Relief Part Time (0.73) opportunity until return of the incumbent.

Shifts of work will be scheduled rotating days and evenings.
