Job summary

Stella's Circle in St. John's, NL is seeking a Program Scheduler to coordinate CMHW staffing and support participant-centered service delivery.

You will develop and maintain the two-week CMHW schedule, balance shifts with participant needs and program requirements, and handle confidential scheduling records with discretion while complying with safety standards. The role requires PSPC clearance and a Criminal Record Check, with an agreed hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in office administration or related field.
• Experience in staff scheduling and workforce coordination.
• Experience in community-based mental health or human services is an asset.
• Proficiency with digital scheduling tools and recordkeeping.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to prioritize under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the two-week CMHW schedule.
• Balance staff availability, absences, skills, and program requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling inputs with Program Lead and Case Managers for approvals.
• Keep schedules current and communicate changes promptly to staff.
• Maintain scheduling records with confidentiality and privacy compliance.
• Respond to unexpected absences and emergencies to minimize service disruption.
