Peter Lucas Project Management Inc. is seeking a Supervisor – Crusher & Plant Operations to oversee crusher crews and plant operations across our mobile crushing sites in Saskatchewan.

This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and on-site leadership, with accommodations provided when working on site. The ideal candidate has strong aggregate crushing knowledge, experience leading crews, and the ability to monitor production targets, troubleshoot mechanically, and maintain plant systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the Crushing Foreman in day-to-day site operations.

  • Perform mechanical troubleshooting, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance on crushing equipment and plant systems.
  • Delegate tasks and provide direction to crew members in a clear and effective manner.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with site safety standards and procedures.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving operational or mechanical issues on site.
  • Maintain strong communication with foreman and crew to ensure smooth operations.

Job description

We are hiring a Supervisor – Crusher & Plant Operations. This role oversees crusher crew members and plant operations within our mobile crushing operations that travel throughout Saskatchewan. Camp accommodations are provided at site when working.

The Crusher Lead Hand plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and productive crushing operations. This position requires strong technical knowledge of aggregate production, equipment operations, and on-site leadership capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production targets, site efficiencies, and the ability to support and guide crew members in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Crushing Foreman in day-to-day site operations.
  • Operate and oversee crushing spreads with minimal supervision when required.

Schedule: 10 days on / 4 days off.

Location: Primarily Saskatchewan-based sites.

Wage: $35–$42/hour depending on experience.

Overtime eligible.

LOA provided.

  • Strong background in aggregate crushing operations.
  • Proven understanding of production, throughput, and site efficiency principles.
  • Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform repairs and maintenance on crushing plants.
  • Experience working in a lead hand or supervisory capacity is an asset.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to direct crews effectively.
