Job summary

Peter Lucas Project Management seeks an experienced Project Engineer to lead engineering and design across mining, energy, and heavy industrial projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and PE designation (APEGS) or eligibility.
• 10+ years of mining engineering experience and capital project leadership.
• Experience leading engineering activities across lifecycle from design to commissioning.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead during engineering, design, construction and commissioning.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables to align with project objectives.
• Coordinate resources across disciplines to support project execution.
• Review engineering deliverables, specs, calculations and documentation.
• Support procurement activities and turnover documentation.
• Lead design reviews and technical meetings with clients and stakeholders.
