Job summary

Peter Lucas is seeking a Supervisor - Crusher & Plant Operations to lead crusher crews across Saskatchewan. You will oversee crushing spreads, monitor production efficiency, perform basic repairs, and coach crew members on site safety and operations.

Responsibilities include assisting the foreman, ensuring daily plans are executed, and maintaining clear communication with the crew. Camp accommodations are provided when on site, with 10 days on/4 days off and hourly wage between $35 and $42.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in aggregate crushing operations.
  • Proven understanding of production, throughput, and site efficiency.
  • Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform repairs and maintenance on crushing plants.
  • Experience in a lead hand or supervisory capacity is an asset.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to direct crews effectively.

We are hiring a Supervisor - Crusher & Plant Operations.

This role oversees crusher crew members and plant operations within our mobile crushing operations that travel throughout Saskatchewan. Camp accommodations are provided at site when working.

The Crusher Lead Hand plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and productive crushing operations. This position requires strong technical knowledge of aggregate production, equipment operations, and on-site leadership capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production targets, site efficiencies, and the ability to support and guide crew members in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Crushing Foreman in day-to-day site operations
  • Operate and oversee crushing spreads with minimal supervision when required
  • Monitor and improve production efficiency and site performance
