Job summary

Potzus Ltd in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, is seeking experienced LOADER OPERATORS to feed aggregate crushers around Saskatoon and throughout Saskatchewan.

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' loader experience with feeding crushers, stockpiling or loading trucks, plus maintenance knowledge of heavy equipment. Strong communication and the ability to work long hours are essential. Apply via Email.

• Feed aggregate crushers at various sites around Saskatoon and Saskatchewan.
• Stockpile materials and load trucks as required.
• Diagnose, repair, and operate equipment related to crushing.
• Complete essential daily logs and paperwork.

Job description

Potzus Ltd is one of Saskatchewans largest construction companies. Established in 1966 we are a second generation family owned and operated business. We provide top quality work to the Government of Saskatchewan, various municipalities, First Nations and the private sector. Day to day operations include excavation, earth moving, site development, aggregate production, and paving.

We are currently seeking experienced LOADER OPERATORS to feed aggregate crushers situated around Saskatoon & throughout Saskatchewan. You must have at least 3 years of experience on loader with feeding crusher, stockpiling or loading trucks. Experience with maintenance and mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment and road construction equipment such as an excavator as asset.

What you need

• The ability to work long hours.
• A proven history of in depth understanding of aggregate production. You must be able to diagnose, repair, and operate all pieces of equipment related to crushing.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; being able to interact with all levels of the organization in a clear, concise manner.
• A calm, responsible demeanor during potential stressful situations.
• Competent Operator.
• The ability to complete essential daily logs and paper work is a requirement.
• You must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs from the ground to shoulder height.
