Job summary

Government of Alberta is seeking a Surface Land Analyst in Edmonton to support Realty Branch in acquiring and developing provincial Crown land, ensuring compliance with land titles regulations and related legislation. The role involves creating and adapting documentation for complex transactions, liaising with senior leaders, and contributing to template development.

Qualifications

• University graduation in Business, Law or in a relevant field.
• Two (2) years of progressively responsible related experience.
• Equivalency: Related experience or education may be considered as an equivalency on a one-for-one basis.

Responsibilities

• Exercising discretion and deciding on documentation forms for transactions, adapting templates for unique situations.
• Identify issues and propose solutions; implement appropriate resolutions.
• Update leadership on land and documentation changes; revise templates and agreements.
