Job summary

Vertex Resource Group Ltd. is seeking a full-time Land Analyst based out of Calgary or Sherwood Park, AB.

The role involves administering surface land files, reviewing survey plans, preparing reports for clients, and maintaining comprehensive documentation with attention to detail. The candidate should have 1–5 years of Land Administration experience, post-secondary education in Land Administration preferred, and strong skills in MS Office, SPIN, and related systems.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of Land Administration experience is preferred.
• Post-secondary education in Land Administration is preferred.
• Eagerness to learn, ethically motivated and results driven.
• Proficient in MS Office, OneStop, Electronic Transfer System, SPIN, Pandell, Abadata.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with acute attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain surface files for crown and freehold.
• Review survey plans and prepare required third-party documentation.
• Prepare general reports and project updates for clients.
• Compile data and other required information as needed.
• Prepare and format reports for clients.
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
• Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required.
