TEAM Owner Operator - Cross Border (5000+ miles per week) in Vancouver BC is seeking dependable, safety‑focused drivers to transport freight across Western Canada and into the US. This Full‑Time role features variable shifts, with opportunities to run long-haul and short-haul lanes.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 driver's license.
• Clean CVOR and driver's abstract.
• Verifiable Canada-wide driving experience.
• Ability to operate in Western Canada and cross-border.
• Experience with load securement and winter driving.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport freight across regional lanes Western Canada.
• Complete deliveries and pickups to customer locations within Western Canada in a safe, timely manner.
• Operate equipment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Secure freight using chains, straps, and load bars, ensuring compliance with load-securement standards.
• Transport general freight in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues promptly.
• Accurately complete all required documentation including e-logs and delivery paperwork.
• Maintain compliance with hours-of-service, safety policies, and procedures.
• Maintain flexibility for variable schedules, overtime, weekends, or overnight runs.
