Job summary

ATB is seeking an Enterprise Architect to define and govern the technology strategy for CRM capabilities. The role collaborates with business and IT stakeholders to assess technologies, steer architecture decisions, and ensure CRM solutions align with enterprise strategy.

You will lead CRM architecture initiatives, drive digital transformation, and shape governance practices to support agile methods while optimizing total cost of ownership and delivering customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting enterprise CRM and marketing solutions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365; SAP CRM knowledge is an asset.
• 10–15 years of progressively responsible experience in digital solutions or related roles.
• Experience leading or co-leading digital transformation and applying systems architecture methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services.
• Five years of full-stack engineering experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in a technology or quantitative discipline, or equivalent.
• Senior-level knowledge of finance or a related industry and its business and technology components.
