Job summary

VML is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead CRM email development projects in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will bridge clients and internal teams, guiding lifecycles from kick-off to go-live in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinate QA/UAT, and foster trusted relationships with stakeholders while delivering high-quality email experiences that align with client objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years on CRM implementations or digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles with ability to manage and grow client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on Salesforce experience and knowledge of data migrations, integrations, and API work.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of Salesforce CRM email projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Define and maintain project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers — and drive timely resolutions.
• Run day-to-day project workflows using Agile or hybrid methodologies and tools like Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle and nurture strong relationships.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure delivery quality and alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate UAT, QA processes, and deployment plans; develop training materials and post-launch support plans.
