Job summary

VML, part of WPP, seeks a driven Project Manager to lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud email projects from kickoff to go-live. You will connect clients with internal teams, manage lifecycles, and maintain strong relationships in a fast-paced, hybrid setting.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management with CRM implementations, plus hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and Montreal-area hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience, with CRM implementations/digital transformation focus.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles managing relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce CRM email projects from discovery to deployment.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans; manage risks and blockers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage client expectations throughout delivery.
• Oversee testing, data migration, and go-live activities; ensure post-launch support.
