Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. in Montreal seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to drive requirements for CRM initiatives, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, in a transportation context.

You will translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, model processes, and validate solutions with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setting. A BA degree, 15+ years in IT, 4+ years as BA/process analyst, and SAFe/Product Owner credentials are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analysis or a related field is required.
• 15+ years of information technology experience.
• At least 4 years of experience as a business analyst and/or process analyst.
• Hybrid experience in business and functional analysis to validate technical requirements.
• Participation in several CRM projects; experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of SAFe framework; SAFe certification is an asset.
• Experience in public and/or private transportation is an asset.
• SAFe or Product Owner certification is an asset.

• Understand the business context, practices, methods and impact of projects;
• Analyze stakeholder needs to identify, collect and document business objectives and issues to be solved;
• Model current processes and propose improvements or optimized and reusable solutions;
• Translate business, process and practice needs into clear and understandable requirements for teams;
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure a common understanding and alignment of proposed solutions;
• Validate the delivered solutions and templates to ensure they meet the initial needs and adjust requirements as needed.

Profile / Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor's degree in business analysis or any other relevant field;
• Possess more than fifteen (15) years of experience in information technology;
• Have at least four (4) years of experience as a business analyst and/or process analysis;
• Demonstrate a hybrid experience in business analysis and functional analysis in order to be able to question and validate technical requirements;
• Have participated in several CRM projects and be able to present examples, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
• Master the principles and practices of Agile mode;
• Knowledge of the SAFe framework and having worked as a business analyst, functional analyst or product owner in this context (an asset);
• Have a thorough knowledge of Agile development methods, SAFe, and their lifecycle fundamentals (an asset);
• Experience in the field of public and/or private transportation (an asset);
• Hold a SAFe® or Product Owner certification (an asset).
